Delivery Info (TRADE)
Goods will be dispatched from our warehouse same day (if order placed before 1 pm) we aim to deliver goods within 2-5 working days of dispatch. Your order may arrive in more than one delivery.
Orders are not dispatched on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays. If for any reason there is a delay, we will contact you and advise an alternative date for delivery.
We will deliver the goods to the premises you specify on your order normally between 9:00 am and 6:00 pm Monday-Friday.
Please ensure you quote a mobile number on your order as Parcel Force will send out a text message the day before your parcel is due to be delivered.
We will not accept responsibility for loss or damage if you instruct the delivery company to leave the goods unattended.
If you change the delivery address once the goods have been dispatched to you, we reserve the right to pass on any extra charges made by our carriers for redirecting your delivery.
Sometimes, for reasons beyond our control, we may be prevented from delivering your goods as planned. These might include things such as accidents, breakdowns, fire, flood, storm, severe weather or the default of our suppliers. We will try to put things right as soon as possible, however we cannot be held responsible where this causes a delay or failure in delivering your goods.
Your order will be sent via Parcel Force and will require a signature. To make sure you receive your order as quickly as possible, please try to make sure someone is available to sign for your parcel.
Problem With Delivery
Please check the goods on delivery, any goods found to be missing or damaged should be notified to the delivery driver at the time of delivery and noted on the delivery sheet.
Please contact us immediately if any of the parcels are damaged or missing. You must keep hold of the delivery note and all the packaging.
If damaged please email pictures and description to firstname.lastname@example.org quoting your company name, address, and account number.
